The invention discloses a prefabricated partition board lifting device and a using method, the prefabricated partition board lifting device comprises a base body, a supporting body arranged on the inner side of the base body and a supporting rod used for controlling the supporting body, the supporting body comprises a supporting plate and a guide frame, and the supporting plate and the guide frame are connected to form a containing cavity which can contain a partition board and is of an open structure; the supporting rod is hinged to the base body, one end of the supporting rod is connected with the guide frame, and the other end of the supporting rod is suspended; the suspended end of the supporting rod is controlled to drive the supporting body to vertically ascend or descend. The distance between the partition wall board and the ground can be adjusted in real time based on the construction progress through the pedal supporting rod, and the distance between the partition wall board and the ground can be kept unchanged all the time; by means of the structure, the overall horizontal consistency of the partition boards can be guaranteed, the safety of standing of the partition boards is improved, it can be guaranteed that the partition boards do not deform, and secondary adjustment is avoided. The lifting device is simple in structure, capable of being operated by a single person, capable of being repeatedly used, high in universality and high in working efficiency.
