Conductive smart modified recycled aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses conductive smart modified recycled aggregate concrete. The concrete is prepared by mixing cement, water, river sand, gravel and modified recycled coarse aggregate, the modified recycled coarse aggregate is obtained by modifying recycled coarse aggregate subjected to dipping treatment by nano carbon black and polydimethylsiloxane emulsion. On one hand, the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate is modified, the water absorption rate is reduced, and the strength and durability of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete are improved; and on the other hand, the carbon black is enriched on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate to construct a conductive channel in the concrete, so that the seepage threshold value of the carbon black is effectively reduced, and the technical limitation of adverse effects on the strength and durability of the conductive smart concrete due to over-high doping amount of the carbon black in the traditional preparation method is broken through.
本发明公开了一种导电机敏改性再生骨料混凝土,该混凝土为水泥、水、河砂、碎石与改性再生粗骨料混合制备而成;所述改性再生粗骨料为再生粗骨料经过纳米炭黑与聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液浸渍处理进行改性后获得。本发明一方面对再生粗骨料表面进行了改性,降低吸水率,提高了再生粗骨料混凝土的强度与耐久性;另一方面,通过将炭黑富集在再生粗骨料表面,构建在混凝土中导电通道,有效降低炭黑的渗流阈值,由此突破传统制备方法中过高掺量炭黑对导电机敏混凝土强度、耐久性不良影响的技术局限。
