The invention relates to a rigidity-adjustable shear type railway turnout damping fastener and a method for eliminating track corrugation. A top plate and a coupling bottom plate form a double-layer coupling base plate capable of controlling rigidity stability and keeping in three aspects through a rubber layer bonded between the top plate and the coupling bottom plate in a vulcanization mode, and meanwhile, aiming at the situation that an iron base plate for a turnout is unstable in node rigidity due to the fact that the torque of a switch tie bolt is too large or the switch tie bolt is loosened in the past, an adjustable cover plate is arranged at the connecting position of the switch tie bolt. A sleeve capable of extending into a bolt mounting hole of the base plate is arranged on one side, facing the base plate, of the adjustable cover plate; bosses with different heights are uniformly distributed on the end surface of the sleeve; correspondingly, the coupling bottom plate is also provided with a corresponding sleeve at the bolt hole of the switch tie, and the upward end face of the sleeve is concavely provided with grooves with different depths corresponding to the adjustable cover plate. After the adjustable cover plate is installed, due to the fact that the boss and the groove achieve total height matching of base plate installation, the problem that the rigidity of a base plate joint is affected due to the fact that the torque of a switch tie bolt is too large is solved. And meanwhile, the adjustable cover plate is rotationally mounted, so that the overall rigidity of the fastener system can be stably kept and adjusted in a multi-stage manner.
本发明涉及一种刚度可调的剪切型铁路道岔减振扣件及消除轨道波磨的方法,由“顶板+耦合底板”通过两者之间硫化粘结的橡胶层形成可控制3个方面刚度稳定保持的双层“耦合垫板,同时针对以往道岔用铁垫板因岔枕螺栓扭矩过大或松动造成节点刚度不稳定的情况,在岔枕螺栓连接处设置了可调盖板,可调盖板面向垫板一侧设置有可伸入垫板螺栓安装孔的套筒,套筒的端面均布设置有不同高度的凸台;相对应的,耦合底板在岔枕螺栓孔处也设置了对应的套筒,套筒向上的端面凹设有与可调盖板相对应的不同深度的凹槽。可调盖板安装后,由于凸台与凹槽实现了垫板安装的总高度配合,解决了因岔枕螺栓扭矩过大而影响垫板节点刚度的问题。同时,可调盖板通过旋转安装,可实现扣件系统整体刚度的稳定保持以及多级调节。
