The invention provides a car dumper unloading line rail joint adjusting device which comprises rail longitudinal adjusting pieces arranged among multiple sections of rail joints and used for filling longitudinal gaps at the connecting positions of the rail joints. The rail transverse adjusting pieces are arranged on the two sides of each section of rail connector, and the rail transverse adjusting pieces are used for limiting transverse deviation of the rail connectors; and the rail height adjusting pieces are arranged below all the sections of rail joints, and the rail height adjusting pieces are used for adjusting the heights of the rail joints. According to the invention, the gap and deviation of the rail joint meet the standard under the combined arrangement, filling, supporting and limiting effects of the rail longitudinal adjusting piece, the rail transverse adjusting piece and the rail height adjusting piece, so that the problems of gap, height difference, transverse deviation overrun and the like caused by abrasion, deformation and displacement of the rail joint are solved; and in addition, the problem of frequently adjusting the track or replacing the whole track is solved.
