Large-span arch bridge pre-descending construction technology
The invention provides a large-span arch bridge pre-descending construction process which comprises the following steps: S1) transverse limiting: constructing on the outer side of a main beam to form transverse limiting; (S2) lifting systems are arranged, specifically, the lifting systems are symmetrically arranged on the side piers, the lifting systems work at the same time, and a main beam is arranged above the lifting systems; (S3) the main beam is lifted, specifically, a lifting system is controlled, so that the main beam is driven to be lifted, and then a disengaging structure is formed between the main beam and the abutment pier; s4) adjusting the bearing beam: dividing the bearing beam into a plurality of sections according to the descending stroke in the pre-descending process of the main beam, and adjusting the bearing beam to form a descending space between the main beam and the bearing beam; s5) pre-descending of the main beam: pre-descending the main beam into the set pre-descending space by utilizing the descending space according to the set descending stroke; and S6) repeating the step S3) to the step S5) until the main beam is lifted or dropped to a design position step by step. The process is easy to operate, efficient in construction and high in construction safety.
