The assembly type concrete bridge formwork-removal-free cross beam structure comprises a prefabricated section, and the upper portion of the prefabricated section is connected to the inner side of a flange of a prefabricated longitudinal beam; the cast-in-place section comprises a prefabricated formwork, a steel bar structure and first concrete, the prefabricated formwork is embedded between the prefabricated sections of the two adjacent prefabricated longitudinal beams, the two ends of the prefabricated formwork are installed on the outer sides of the flanges, and a connecting ring is formed in the middle of the prefabricated formwork and extends into the wet joint; a post-pouring through groove which is formed in the transverse bridge direction and communicates with the wet joint is formed in the upper portion of the prefabricated formwork shell, the steel bar structure is arranged in the post-pouring through groove and connected to the prefabricated sections of the two adjacent prefabricated longitudinal beams, and the post-pouring through groove is filled with the first concrete and wraps the steel bar structure. The problem that large influence is generated on traffic under the bridge during construction of the fabricated concrete bridge is solved.
本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土桥梁免拆模横梁结构及其施工方法,包括:预制段,预制段的上部连接于预制纵梁的翼缘的内侧;现浇段,包括预制模壳、钢筋结构和第一混凝土,预制模壳嵌设于相邻的两跨预制纵梁的预制段之间,预制模壳的两端安装于翼缘的外侧,预制模壳的中部形成有连接环,连接环伸至湿接缝中,预制模壳的上部形成有沿横桥方向设置且连通于湿接缝的后浇筑通槽,钢筋结构设置于后浇筑通槽中且连接于相邻的两跨预制纵梁的预制段,第一混凝土填充于后浇筑通槽中且包覆于钢筋结构。本发明解决了装配式混凝土桥梁施工时对于桥下交通产生较大的影响的问题。
