The invention relates to a construction method for forcibly stirring an inclined supporting pile. When a prefabricated part is pressed in, the inclined supporting pile with the prefabricated part and a stirring pile combined is formed on the periphery of the prefabricated part through drill bit guniting and forcibly stirring. The method is characterized in that a drill bit is inserted into a center hole of a prefabricated part in advance, the drill bit and the prefabricated part are installed on an oblique stirring and pile pressing all-in-one machine, the oblique stirring and pile pressing all-in-one machine is started, the drill bit forcibly stirs obliquely downwards, and during the period, the drill bit continuously sprays concrete to form a stirring pile; and meanwhile, the prefabricated parts are obliquely pressed into the stirring piles by applying pressure to form oblique supporting piles. The method is efficient in construction, large in oblique bearing capacity, free of disturbance in the construction process and particularly suitable for sensitive zones such as complex underground environment, many surrounding existing buildings and subways.
