The retaining wall comprises a prefabricated vertical wall plate, a prefabricated bottom plate and a concrete connecting wall, and the vertical wall plate and the bottom plate are connected into a whole through the cast-in-place concrete connecting wall; the vertical wall plates are in a variable cross-section type, the wall back forms a gradient, and the vertical wall plates are longitudinally connected in a mortise and tenon mode through the joint protruding strips and the joint grooves. L-shaped rabbets are prefabricated at the bottoms of the back surfaces of the vertical wall plates, and vertical wall plate stirrups, vertical wall plate tensile steel bars and vertical wall plate shear-resistant bars extend out of the rabbets; a boss is arranged on the upper portion of the retaining wall bottom plate, a tenon is arranged on the lower portion of the retaining wall bottom plate, and bottom plate shear-resistant ribs and connecting wall tensile ribs are embedded in the retaining wall bottom plate. In the concrete connecting wall, the bottom plate shear-resistant ribs are in lap joint with the vertical wall plate shear-resistant ribs, the connecting wall tensile ribs are in lap joint with the vertical wall plate stirrups, and cast-in-place forming is carried out.
