The invention discloses a construction method for actively controlling deformation of buildings and structures through multi-row grouting. The construction method comprises the following steps that the number and positions of multi-row grouting holes located between the buildings and structures to be corrected and a foundation pit and the range of grouting expansion areas in the grouting holes are obtained through theoretical calculation or numerical simulation calculation; grouting pipes are prepared, each grouting pipe is composed of a pipe A and a pipe B which are bound together, the axes of the pipe A and the pipe B are parallel, the top faces of the pipe A and the pipe B are flush, the length of the pipe B is larger than that of the pipe A, and the area between the bottom wall of the pipe B and the bottom wall of the pipe A is a grouting expansion area; grouting holes are drilled through a drilling machine according to the preset positions; a foundation pit is excavated on the inner side of an underground diaphragm wall, an instrument is used for measuring the horizontal deformation of a building to be corrected in a segmented mode, and when the horizontal deformation exceeds an alarm value set before engineering construction, a grouting pipe is inserted into a grouting hole in the position corresponding to the horizontal deformation for grouting according to the horizontal deformation measurement result of the building. By adopting the method, the deformation regulation and control effect can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种多排注浆主动控制建构筑物变形的施工方法,包括以下步骤:通过理论计算或数值模拟计算得到位于拟纠偏建构筑物和基坑之间的多排注浆孔的数量和位置以及注浆孔内注浆膨胀区域的范围;准备注浆管,每根注浆管由绑扎在一起的A管和B管组成,A管和B管的轴线平行且顶面平齐,所述B管的长度大于A管的长度,所述B管的底壁与A管的底壁之间的区域为注浆膨胀区域;按照预设的位置采用钻孔机钻注浆孔;在地连墙内侧开挖基坑,使用仪器分段测量拟纠偏建构筑物的水平变形,当水平变形超过工程施工前设定的报警值时,根据建构筑物的水平变形测量结果,在与水平变形相对应位置处的注浆孔中插入注浆管注浆。采用本方法可以有效增大变形调控的效果。
