The invention discloses a river regulation desilting device which comprises a driving mechanism, a first shell, a silt pumping mechanism, a second shell, a geotextile pipe bag and two symmetrically-arranged scraping mechanisms, and the first shell is arranged on the driving mechanism; the second shell is arranged on the first shell, the geotextile tube bag is arranged in the second shell, and the geotextile tube bag is used for storing the extracted sludge and draining water in the sludge; the two scraping mechanisms are arranged on the first shell and used for scraping sludge in a river channel and gathering the scraped sludge to the liquid inlet end of the silt pumping mechanism. The silt pumping mechanism is arranged on the first shell, and the liquid outlet end of the silt pumping mechanism detachably communicates with the geotextile tube bag. Therefore, by adopting a scraping mode, the gathering and obtaining effects of the sludge can be improved, the frequency of position adjustment can be reduced, time and labor are saved, the extraction effect is good, and meanwhile pollution to the surrounding environment can be avoided.
