A liquid level sensor is arranged in the water storage tank to detect the water level of the water storage tank in real time and ensure that the liquid level of the water storage tank is above a water storage tank threshold value. The terminal pressure measuring device and the initial end flow measuring device are arranged to monitor and record the actual flow lift requirement of the building in real time, the frequency converter is controlled to change the motor output frequency of the water pump, and constant-pressure water supply is guaranteed.
