The invention discloses a floor drain and a bathroom chassis device, the floor drain comprises: an outer cylinder, the cylinder wall of which is provided with a drain pipe extending horizontally; the flow guide component is arranged in the outer cylinder and located on one side in the outer cylinder, and a water inlet cavity is defined by the flow guide component and the interior of the outer cylinder; wherein a flow guide cavity is formed in the flow guide component, a partition plate is arranged in the flow guide cavity and divides the flow guide cavity into a first flow guide cavity and a second flow guide cavity, and an upper flange is formed at the upper end of the partition plate; a gap for communicating the water inlet cavity with the first flow guide cavity is formed in the bottom of the side wall of the flow guide part corresponding to the first flow guide cavity; and the second flow guide cavity is provided with a water drainage opening communicated with the water drainage pipe. According to the bathroom base plate provided with the floor drain, the overall thickness is reduced, and the ultrathin structure effect is achieved.
