When rainwater flowing into the water collecting tank is filtered, sundries such as silt and garbage in the rainwater are intercepted by designing the intercepting net mechanism, so that clean rainwater smoothly flows into the water tank, the intercepted sundries can be finally collected into the collecting box in time through the intercepting net mechanism, and the intercepting net mechanism is prevented from being accumulated and blocked; therefore, unsmooth drainage is caused.
