The movable seat and the steel plate and concrete combined shear wall can be connected and locked through mutual cooperation of a positioning block, a positioning groove, a positioning rod, a trapezoidal block, a round ball, a first L-shaped rod, a second threaded block, a third threaded rod, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a rotating rod and a hand-cranking wheel; therefore, a hydraulic cylinder, a moving block, a connecting rod, a lifting plate, a second vertical rod, a supporting plate, a bearing plate, a clamping plate, a rubber pad, a first threaded block, a second threaded rod and a second servo motor are matched with one another to support and clamp the steel beam main body, so that the steel beam can be conveniently connected with the steel plate concrete composite shear wall in a suspension manner; the device is suitable for installation in spaces of different sizes, and is higher in flexibility and stability and more convenient to use.
