The invention discloses a heat preservation wallboard fixing device with a filling function and a filling method. The heat preservation wallboard fixing device comprises heat preservation fixing nails used for fixing a heat preservation layer to a wallboard and a filler used for injecting a filling material into a gap between the heat preservation layer and the wallboard. The heat preservation fixing nail comprises a heat preservation nail and an expansion sleeve. A filling opening is formed in the expansion sleeve; the filler is provided with a feeding part and a material injection part, and the feeding part is communicated with a material supply device used for providing a filling material; an inner cavity of the material injection part is communicated with an inner cavity of the feeding part; a material injection port is formed in one end, far away from the feeding part, of the material injection part; in the filling working state, a filling opening of the expansion sleeve extends to a gap between the heat preservation layer and the wall plate; the material injection part extends into an inner cavity of the expansion sleeve, and a material injection opening of the material injection part is communicated with the filling opening. The gap between the heat preservation layer and the outer wall can be filled, and therefore the heat preservation structure which is firmer and longer in service life is obtained.
