Modularized intelligent monitoring damper
The invention provides a modularized intelligent monitoring damper which comprises a guide rod, a first cylinder body and a second cylinder body, the first cylinder body and the second cylinder body are coaxially arranged and connected, a first cavity is formed in the first cylinder body, a second cavity is formed in the second cylinder body, and the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity. The second cavity is filled with a damping material; the guide rod penetrates through the second cylinder body, and the end, close to the first cylinder body, of the guide rod extends into the first cavity. A damping plate is further arranged on the guide rod, the outer diameter of the damping plate is larger than that of the guide rod, and the damping plate is arranged in the second cylinder body; the modularized intelligent monitoring damper further comprises a monitoring module, and the monitoring module is used for monitoring at least one of the pressure intensity value in the second cylinder body, the output force value of the damper and the axial displacement value of the guide rod. According to the damper, the state of the damper can be monitored in real time while damping energy consumption is conducted.
