The invention is applicable to the technical field of photovoltaic systems, and particularly provides a photovoltaic module mounting structure and a photovoltaic system.The photovoltaic module mounting structure comprises a water guide assembly which comprises a water guide channel arranged below a photovoltaic module and an ear canal arranged on the outer surface of the water guide channel, the water guide channel is provided with an opening extending along the adjacent edges of the two adjacent photovoltaic modules; the connecting assemblies are connected with two adjacent photovoltaic assemblies; the mounting component is connected with the target mounting object and the ear canal; the part, located below the photovoltaic assembly, of the connecting assembly extends into the water guide channel from the opening and is fixedly connected with the connecting inner surface of the water guide channel in an abutting mode. The water guide channel is installed below the photovoltaic module, the connecting assembly partially extends into the water guide channel from the opening and is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the water guide channel in an abutting mode, then the mounting assembly is connected with the target mounting object and the ear canal, and due to the fact that the water guide channel does not need to be punched or punched for mounting, the situation of water leakage is avoided; the water leakage hidden danger is eliminated.
