The invention discloses a pre-embedded rotary buckle type wall connecting piece which comprises a pre-embedded box and a wall connecting piece body, the pre-embedded box is pre-embedded in a building body, the wall connecting piece body is connected with a scaffold, the pre-embedded box comprises anchor bars, a box body and baffles, the anchor bars are located in the building body and connected with the box body, an outward end plate groove is formed in the box body, the baffles located in the end plate groove are arranged on the box body, and the baffles are connected with the anchor bars. The wall connecting piece comprises a connecting rod and an end plate, the connecting rod is connected between the end plate and the scaffold, and the end plate is rotationally clamped into or separated from the gap between the baffle and the groove bottom in the end plate groove. The method has the beneficial effects that the mode that the cassette is embedded in the beam side mold is adopted, an outer wall reserved hole is not generated, and plastering and blocking are facilitated; the rotary buckle connection mode facilitates turnover of materials such as steel pipes.
