Ancient building wall reinforcing construction method
The invention provides an ancient building wall reinforcing construction method, and relates to the technical field of buildings. Comprising the following steps: aiming at a kiln brick wall of an ancient building wall body, performing waterproof treatment in a wall body gap, making a coping on a wall top, and performing waterproof treatment on a wall body mortar joint; the two sides of the corner of the wall are reinforced through connecting steel plates or connecting angle steel, and the connecting steel plates on the two sides are fixed through oppositely-penetrating bolts. Plastering one side or two sides of the wall body by using polymer mortar; the inner wall is oppositely pulled by a double-layer reinforcing mesh, the outer wall is a single-layer reinforcing mesh, and single-point large ribs are used for pulling; and the local part in the wall body is reinforced by grouting. For the rowlock wall of the ancient building wall, polymer mortar is used for plastering one side or two sides of the wall, and tubular foaming polyurethane is used for filling; the two sides of the wall body are reinforced through connecting steel plates, and the connecting steel plates on the two sides are fixed through opposite-penetrating bolts; the small block of masonry is removed, the gap is filled with polymer mortar, and the opposite-penetrating bolts are used for pulling inside and outside. By the adoption of the method, the kiln brick wall and the rowlock wall of the historic building can be reinforced, the safety of the wall structure after construction can be guaranteed, and the functional effects of heat preservation, sound insulation, water prevention, energy saving and the like are good.
本发明提出了一种古建筑墙体加固施工方法,涉及建筑技术领域。包括如下步骤:针对古建筑墙体的窑砖墙,在墙体空隙内进行防水处理,在墙顶做压顶,墙身灰缝做防水;在墙体拐角处两侧使用连接钢板或连接角钢加固,两侧的连接钢板之间通过对穿螺栓固定;在墙体的单侧或双侧使用聚合物砂浆抹灰;内墙用双层钢筋网对拉,外墙用单层钢筋网,采用单点大筋拉结;墙体内局部用注浆加固。针对古建筑墙体的空斗墙,在墙体的单侧或双侧使用聚合物砂浆抹灰,用管式发泡聚氨酯充填;在墙体两侧使用连接钢板加固,两侧的连接钢板之间通过对穿螺栓固定;摘除较小块的砌体,在此缺口处用聚合物砂浆填充,并使用对穿螺栓内外拉结。采用本发明,其能够对古建筑的窑砖墙和空斗墙进行加固,施工后墙体结构安全能够保证,且其保温、隔音、防水、节能等功能效果好。
