The aquaculture greenhouse construction device comprises a machine base, an upper die, a material returning frame, a cover, a lead screw, a rack, a transmission shaft, a power base and a swing base, two symmetrical stand columns are arranged on the left side and the right side of the machine base, each stand column is provided with a guide hole in the vertical direction, a material groove is formed in the upper portion of the left stand column, and a V-shaped groove is formed in the upper portion of the inner side of each stand column; a guide groove is formed in the inner side of each stand column, a cutter groove in the vertical direction is formed in the rear side of the V-shaped groove in the left side, a rotating hole is formed in the inner side of the lower portion of each stand column, a check ring is arranged on the rear side of each rotating hole, a machine base pin is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side of each rotating hole, and a screw hole is formed in the lower portion of the outer side of each rotating hole. Swing seat pins are arranged on the front sides of the swing seats, one swing seat is arranged in each rotating hole, each swing seat is rotationally connected with the corresponding rotating hole, and each swing seat rotates in the corresponding rotating hole.
