Internet-based intelligent well lid flatness monitoring system and method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent well lid flatness monitoring system and method based on the Internet, and belongs to the technical field of municipal infrastructures. In order to solve the problem that the flatness of the manhole cover is difficult to accurately detect and timely maintain, a horizontal sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of a manhole cover body, a data processing unit analyzes the flatness of the intelligent manhole cover, and a horizontal simulation module generates a simulation coordinate system and a horizontal simulation model; the horizontal height conditions of different positions of the well lid can be detected through the horizontal sensors arranged at different positions, the four horizontal sensors take the processor in the middle as a comparison base point, the horizontal height difference of each horizontal sensor relative to the processor is obtained, and horizontal positioning information is generated; therefore, the horizontal height conditions of different point positions can be more accurately obtained, compared with a single sensor or video camera detection method, the monitoring efficiency is higher, the flatness degree of the well lid can be visually monitored, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
