The invention particularly relates to a capillary crystalline waterproof agent, a preparation method and application thereof, a waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The problems that an existing capillary crystalline waterproof coating is poor in bonding performance with old concrete, a capillary crystalline waterproof agent has adverse effects on the mechanical property of the concrete, and special construction requirements are difficult to meet in an extreme environment are solved. The invention relates to a capillary crystalline waterproof agent, which is composed of the following raw materials by mass: 1-2 parts of an active component; 2-3 parts of a crystallization component; and 1-2 parts of a reinforcing and toughening component. The capillary crystalline waterproofing agent is applied as a concrete waterproofing agent. The waterproof coating comprises the capillary crystalline waterproof agent disclosed by the invention. According to the concrete waterproof agent, due to the surfactant, crystal components can permeate into concrete more easily to generate crystals, the crystal components can react with cement hydration products to generate permeating crystals, and then capillary pores in the concrete are blocked, so that the concrete structure becomes more compact, and the waterproof effect is improved.
