The invention relates to a Jianshui purple pottery color carving process which comprises the following steps: mixing Wuhua soil, green soil, carclazyte, loess and purple soil according to a fixed proportion to prepare mud, and manufacturing a blank; respectively adding boiled water into the mineral pigments with different colors, uniformly stirring, sieving, then adding white mud, uniformly stirring, and blending to obtain colored pug with different colors; vacuumizing the color pug, and filling the color pug into a dispensing needle tube; uniformly coating the surface of the blank with color pug with a selected color to form a color pug bottom layer, slowly extruding the color pug in a dispensing needle tube on the color pug bottom layer according to designed textures or pattern lines after the color pug bottom layer has a slight sticky hand feeling, keeping gaps between the adjacent color pug lines as uniform as possible, and then drying in the shade; then carrying out color overlapping; and airing the blank, fettling the blank, finishing, firing and polishing. According to the invention, the Jianshui purple pottery product which has colorful and bright textures on the surface, is not easy to crack during firing and is high in yield can be prepared.
一种建水紫陶彩刻工艺，将五花土、青土、白土、黄土、紫土按固定配比混合制泥，制造坯件；分别将不同颜色的矿物质颜料加开水搅均，过筛，然后加入白泥搅均，调制得到不同颜色的彩泥料；将彩泥料抽真空处理后装入点胶针管；在坯件表面均匀涂抹上选定颜色的彩泥料，形成彩泥底层，待彩泥底层稍有粘手感后，将点胶针管内的彩泥料按照设计的纹理或者图案线条缓慢地挤在彩泥底层上，并保持相邻彩泥线条之间的间隙尽量均匀，然后阴干；之后进行叠彩；再晾坯、修坯、精修、烧制、打磨即可。本发明可制备得到外表呈现色彩丰富的艳丽纹理，且烧制时不易破裂、成品率高的建水紫陶产品。
