The invention discloses an anti-puncture waterproof roll for a planted roof. The anti-puncture waterproof roll comprises a root blocking layer and an anti-puncture layer, the root-resistant layer is prepared from the following raw materials: acrylate resin, organic silicon resin and microcapsule root-resistant particles; the microcapsule root-resistant particle takes hyperbranched acrylate resin as a shell and takes a composite root-resistant agent as a core; the composite root inhibitor is composed of a chlorsulfuron-methyl solution and a diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate solution, the concentration of the chlorsulfuron-methyl in the composite root inhibitor is 18-20 [mu] g/kg, and the concentration of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate in the composite root inhibitor is 6-7.8 mg/kg; the anti-puncture layer is prepared from the following raw materials: matrix asphalt, a porous inorganic filler, a polyolefin elastomer, polyolefin grafted maleic anhydride and an auxiliary agent. The root blocking layer and the anti-puncture layer act together, so that excellent root blocking and anti-puncture effects are achieved, and the plant root system puncture resistance is lasting.
