The prefabricated combined rail top air duct side wall structure comprises davits and an ALC plate, one side face of each davit is provided with a clamping groove, a U-shaped clamp is embedded in each clamping groove, the two davits are connected to the two sides of the ALC plate through the U-shaped clamps respectively, the tops of the davits are connected with hanging rods, and the davits are connected with a main body middle plate through the hanging rods. The mode of the davit and the ALC plate is adopted, under the condition that the structural safety is met, the material consumption is reduced, the self weight of the structure is reduced, the ALC plate can be freely disassembled and assembled, later maintenance and overhaul are facilitated, and the problems that prefabricated rail top air flue side wall connecting points are complex and not easy to install are solved.
一种预制组合轨顶风道侧墙结构及其连接方法，包括吊柱和ALC板，吊柱的一侧面开设有卡槽，卡槽内嵌入U型卡，两个吊柱通过U型卡分别连接在ALC板的两侧上，吊柱的顶部连接有吊杆，吊柱通过吊杆与主体中板连接。本发明采用吊柱加ALC板的方式，满足结构安全的条件下减少了材料用量，降低了结构自重，ALC板可以自由拆卸安装，方便后期维护检修，解决了预制轨顶风道侧墙连接点复杂、不易安装的问题。
