The invention discloses a basement bottom plate post-cast strip construction method and a construction device thereof.The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a first bottom layer reinforcing mesh is laid on a bottom plate foundation layer, the bottom plate foundation layer comprises a post-cast area and two pre-cast areas, and the first bottom layer reinforcing mesh is laid in the pre-cast areas; 2, steel wire mesh frames are installed on the two sides of the post-pouring area on the bottom plate foundation layer; 3, a supporting frame is arranged in the pre-pouring area, and a first upper-layer reinforcing mesh is laid; 4, concrete is poured in the pre-pouring area; 5, the post-pouring area is covered with a protective cover; 6, after the concrete in the pre-pouring area is cured, the protective cover is taken down; 7, a post-pouring area is cleaned; 8, a second bottom-layer reinforcing mesh and a second upper-layer reinforcing mesh are installed in the post-pouring area; and 9, concrete is poured in the post-pouring area, before the post-pouring area is cleaned, a reinforcing mesh is not arranged in the post-pouring area, concrete chiseling work cannot be hindered, and therefore loose concrete blocks and protruding concrete blocks can be chiseled away conveniently.
