The invention relates to a single-pipe tower prestress steel strand strengthening structure which comprises a plug-in type tower body provided with an upper installation disc and a lower installation disc, a lightning protection assembly arranged at the upper end of the upper installation disc and a communication antenna group arranged on the plug-in type tower body. The prestressed steel strand is arranged in an inner hole of the plug-in type tower body, and the prestressed steel strand stabilizing device, the prestressed steel strand upper end locking device, the mass damping device and the adjustable prestressed steel strand lower end locking device are arranged outside the prestressed steel strand in a sleeving mode. The prestressed steel strand strengthening structure of the single-pipe tower is not limited by a small site, and the effect of reducing wind vibration and the swing amplitude of the top of the tower body is good.
