The invention discloses a manufacturing method and device for a pump body lining of a catalytic slurry oil pump, and relates to the technical field of manufacturing of catalytic slurry oil pumps. Wear-resistant white cast iron melt is cast into a pump body lining shell of the slurry oil pump made of nanometer aluminum oxide in a die-casting mode, and after cooling, the pump body lining with the surface wrapped with a corundum ceramic layer is obtained; and the corundum ceramic layer and the wear-resistant white cast iron are metallurgically bonded, namely, a pump body lining shell is manufactured by using nano aluminum oxide, a casting system formed by the pump body lining shell is fixed in the manufacturing device provided by the technical scheme, and then the wear-resistant white cast iron is cast into the pump body lining shell, so that the pump body lining shell is manufactured. A compact corundum ceramic layer formed by converting nanometer aluminum oxide is arranged on the surface of the formed pump body lining, so that the pump body lining can resist high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and abrasion, and is long in service life.
本发明公开了一种催化油浆泵泵体衬里的制造方法和装置,涉及催化油浆泵制造技术领域,在纳米氧化铝制成的油浆泵泵体衬里型壳内压铸入抗磨白口铸铁熔液,冷却后得到表面包裹有一层刚玉陶瓷层的泵体衬里,刚玉陶瓷层与抗磨白口铸铁为冶金结合,即先用纳米氧化铝制作一个泵体衬里型壳,将泵体衬里型壳构成的浇铸系统固定在本技术方案提出的制造装置中,再在泵体衬里型壳内压铸入抗磨白口铸铁,使成型后的泵体衬里表面有一层由纳米氧化铝转化形成的致密的刚玉陶瓷层,进而使泵体衬里能耐高温、耐高压、耐腐蚀和耐磨蚀,实用寿命长。
