Method for preparing antibacterial water-permeable material from biomass incineration ash
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials. The invention provides a method for preparing an antibacterial water-permeable material from biomass incineration ash, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: performing wet grinding on biomass incineration fly ash to prepare slurry, introducing tail gas of a biomass power plant into the slurry, performing mechanical stirring and ultrasonic combined action for 3-5 minutes, cooling, performing solid-liquid separation and slag washing, and preparing active powder from a filtered substance; meanwhile, uniformly mixing furnace slag, cement, hydrogen peroxide, manganese oxide, fibers, gypsum, magnesium oxide and water in proportion, and putting the mixture into a granulator to prepare normal-temperature ceramsite; the modified biomass incineration fly ash, cement, water and normal-temperature ceramsite are mixed in proportion, stirred, poured and demolded, then a magnesium fluosilicate and isobutyltriethoxysilane solution is adopted for drip washing, and curing is conducted for 28 days. The water-permeable material is high in mixing amount of the biomass incineration ash and good in durability, and has an antibacterial effect at the same time.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域。本发明提供一种生物质焚烧灰渣制备抗菌透水材料的方法,其特征在于,先将生物质焚烧飞灰湿磨制浆,再将生物质发电厂的尾气通入浆体中,利用机械搅拌和超声波共同作用3‑5min,再降温并进行固液分离和渣洗涤,用过滤物制备活性粉末;同时,将炉渣、水泥、双氧水、氧化锰、纤维、石膏、氧化镁、水按比例混合均匀后,放入造粒机制备成常温陶粒;将改性生物质焚烧飞灰、水泥、水、常温陶粒按比例混合、搅拌、浇筑、拆模后,采用氟硅酸镁和异丁基三乙氧基硅烷溶液进行淋洗,养护28天后即可。本发明透水材料生物质焚烧灰渣掺量高、耐久性好、同时具有抗菌效果。
