High-strength concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength concrete and a preparation process thereof. The high-strength concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 460 to 500 parts of cement, 60 to 70 parts of fly ash, 600 to 660 parts of sand, 700 to 800 parts of stone, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 100 to 150 parts of water and 320 to 480 parts of resin particles, wherein the tensile strength of the resin particles is not lower than 80 MPa; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the fly ash, the sand and the stone, and uniformly stirring to obtain a dry mixed material; adding a water reducing agent and water into the dry mixed material, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a wet mixed material; and adding resin particles into the wet-mixed material, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the high-strength concrete. The high-strength concrete is high in compressive strength, low in density, light in self weight and convenient to transport when being applied to concrete prefabricated parts.
