Bamboo ardealite ecological brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a bamboo ardealite ecological brick and a slope fixing method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials; calcining the raw materials, and adding a cementing agent to form a phosphogypsum-dolomite sand-cementing agent composite material; bamboo tubes are made into bamboo canes, the bamboo canes are fixed through thin iron wires to form a frame, and an outer frame body is formed; bamboo tubes are embedded to form an inner hollow body, and the outer frame body and the inner hollow body are combined to form a bamboo wood frame body; adding the composite material into water, stirring to form slurry, and injecting the slurry into a bamboo cane frame body to prepare a porous ecological brick with a cavity structure; mixing a part of uncalcined ardealite powder with sludge and bamboo charcoal particles, and then adding a mineral fertilizer and a degradable cementing agent to construct a soil matrix for growth of different types of plants; and putting the soil matrix into holes and gaps in the bamboo frame body in the consolidated porous ecological brick to obtain the bamboo ardealite ecological brick for slope greening.
本发明公开了一种竹材磷石膏生态砖的制备方法及边坡固定方法,该制备方法为选取原材料;将原材料进行煅烧处理,加入胶结剂,形成磷石膏‑白云石砂‑胶结剂复合材料;将竹筒制作成竹条,用细铁丝固定构建成框架,形成外框体;利用竹筒嵌入形成内部空心体,把外框体和内部空心体组建成竹材框架体;将复合材料加入水搅拌后形成的浆料注入竹条框架体内,制备成具有空洞结构的多孔生态砖;将部分未煅烧的磷石膏粉与污泥、竹炭颗粒进行混合,再添加矿质肥料以及可降解的胶结剂,构建不同类型植物生长的土壤基质;将土壤基质放入固结后多孔生态砖中竹材框架体内的空洞处及空隙中,得到坡面绿化用的竹材磷石膏生态砖。
