The invention discloses a road emergency rescue danger avoiding device which comprises a roadbed, guardrails, emergency danger avoiding devices, concrete piles and a lifting type warning device, the roadbed is of a three-lane four-edge rectangular structure, the guardrails fixed through bolts are installed on the two sides of the top end of the roadbed, and the emergency danger avoiding devices are installed on the inner sides of the guardrails; concrete piles which are symmetrically distributed are mounted on the two sides of the urgent danger avoiding device, and a lifting type warning device of an embedded structure is mounted at the top of the roadbed. Through reasonable design, a relatively safe danger avoiding place can be provided for drivers and passengers when the automobile breaks down, personnel safety is guaranteed, and automatic lifting warning is conducted behind the automobile to provide avoiding information for other automobiles.
