According to the orthotropic steel bridge deck unit with the lower portion connected with the upper portion and the rib passing holes and the manufacturing method of the orthotropic steel bridge deck unit, novel rib passing holes are formed in transverse ribs of the steel bridge deck unit, it is guaranteed that longitudinal ribs continuously penetrate through the transverse ribs, the lower edges of the rib passing holes are welded to the longitudinal ribs, and the upper edges of the rib passing holes are spaced from the longitudinal ribs and are not connected with the longitudinal ribs. By optimizing the connection design of the longitudinal ribs and the transverse ribs, out-of-plane bending of the transverse ribs caused by bending of a bridge floor second system is improved, and the out-of-plane stress level of the edges of rib passing holes of the transverse ribs is reduced; by changing the structural form of the transverse ribs of the steel bridge deck unit, the manufacturing process of the steel bridge deck unit is improved, assembling and welding of the transverse ribs are facilitated, the welding quality of the transverse ribs and the longitudinal ribs, the welding quality of the transverse ribs and the panels and the welding quality of the transverse ribs and the transverse partition plates are improved, and the anti-fatigue performance of rib passing holes of the transverse ribs is enhanced.
本发明提供一种下连上空过肋孔正交异性钢桥面板单元及其制造方法,在钢桥面板单元的横肋上设置新型过肋孔,保证纵肋连续穿过横肋,且过肋孔下部边缘与纵肋焊接,上部边缘与纵肋保持间隔不连接。本发明通过优化纵肋与横肋的连接设计,改善了桥面第二体系弯曲引起的横肋面外弯曲,降低了横肋过肋孔边缘的面外应力水平;通过改变钢桥面板单元横肋的结构形式,改善了钢桥面板单元的制造工艺,方便了横肋组装和焊接,提升了横肋与纵肋、横肋与面板、横肋与横隔板的焊接质量,增强了横肋过肋孔处的抗疲劳性能。
