Large-span railway suspension bridge cable crane main tower cable saddle construction method
The invention provides a construction method for a cable saddle of a cable crane main tower of a large-span railway suspension bridge, which comprises the following steps of: when a main tower overhanging upper cross beam is constructed, mounting a cable saddle embedded part of a cable crane at the top of the main tower overhanging upper cross beam; mounting a cable sling saddle base on the cable saddle embedded part; a cable sling saddle supporting structure and a cable saddle cross beam are installed on the cable sling saddle base; a traction cable passing wheel and a cable sling saddle are mounted on the upper side of the cable saddle cross beam, and a hoisting cable passing wheel is mounted on the lower side of the cable saddle cross beam; and finally, a traction cable and a load-bearing cable steering wheel are installed, overall installation of the cable saddle is completed, the structure is stable and reliable when the cable crane load-bearing cable is installed, and the use requirement is met. The method is researched and developed according to the working condition that a steel truss girder needs to be vertically hoisted outside a main cable, a main tower overhanging upper cross beam body structure is used, the using amount of bracket steel is greatly reduced, the construction period is shortened, input cost is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明创造提供了一种大跨径铁路悬索桥缆索吊主塔索鞍施工方法,在主塔外挑上横梁施工时,在主塔外挑上横梁顶部安装缆索吊机索鞍预埋件;在索鞍预埋件上安装缆索吊索鞍底座;在缆索吊索鞍底座上安装缆索吊索鞍支撑结构及索鞍横梁;在索鞍横梁上侧安装牵引索过轮和缆索吊索鞍,在索鞍横梁下侧安装起重索过轮;最后安装牵引索、承重索转向轮,完成索鞍总体安装,安装缆索吊承重索时结构稳定可靠,满足使用要求。本方法针对钢桁梁需主缆外垂直吊装的工况研发,借用主塔外挑上横梁主体结构,极大程度减少托架钢材用量、达到缩短施工工期、减少投入成本、降低安全隐患。
