The method comprises the steps that ditch water is drained or pumped, and side slopes on the two sides of a ditch are cleaned and flattened; scattering cement and algal polysaccharides into the bottom of the ditch, and stirring to form a sludge condensate; digging out the stirred cured sludge by using an excavator; smearing engine oil on the inner wall of a supporting box with an opening in the upper part, shoveling the sludge solidified material into the supporting box by using an iron shovel, and filling the supporting box; putting the squeezer into the supporting box filled with the sludge solidified material, and squeezing; the squeezer is pulled out, and a hollow ecological slope protection brick green brick made of the sludge condensate is formed in the supporting box; the maintained green bricks are subjected to ditch slope building through a manual method; nutrient soil is filled in the built ecological slope protection bricks, and grass seeds are sown for ecological restoration.
