The invention provides a flashboard gate sealing device and a gate. The flashboard gate sealing device comprises a side gate groove and a sealing rubber strip. The section of each side gate groove is of a rectangular structure with an opening in one side, the size of the opening is smaller than the length of the side of the quadrangle where the opening is located, the sealing rubber strip is hollow, and a gate containing opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the opening in the side gate groove, of the sealing rubber strip. And a fixing mode of punching holes in a door frame and a sealing rubber strip is not used any more. A small hole is formed in the bottom of the sealing rubber strip, a groove is formed in the bottom of the bottom face, opposite to the opening, of the side gate groove, and a pulley is installed in the groove. One end of the pull wire penetrates through the small hole to be connected with the sealing rubber strip, and the other end bypasses the bottom of the pulley and penetrates through the pipeline to extend to the upper portion of gate civil engineering. After the sealing device is adopted, when the gate sealing rubber strip is damaged, the sealing rubber strip can be replaced more conveniently and quickly, and manpower and financial resources for knocking out and remodeling civil engineering can be saved.
