The invention discloses a large-diameter double-steel-plate concrete combined pipeline based on a load balancing method, which is formed by axially assembling a plurality of double-steel-plate concrete pipe sections, and is characterized in that an external pressure applying structure is arranged outside part of or all the double-steel-plate concrete pipe sections; the external pressure applying structure applies external pressure opposite to the water pressure in the pipe to the double-steel-plate concrete pipe section so as to offset part of the water pressure in the pipe. A double-steel-plate concrete combined structure is adopted, the advantages of high bearing capacity, high rigidity, good stability and the like are achieved, the space between the combined pipeline and the rock mass is filled with concrete, joint stress of the combined pipeline and the rock mass is achieved, external pressure is applied to the pipeline in advance through the prestressed supporting rods, and therefore part of water pressure in the pipeline is counteracted; the use load effect of the pipeline is reduced, the steel plate thickness and the steel strength are effectively reduced, the material consumption is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and good economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于荷载平衡法的大直径双钢板混凝土组合管道,由若干双钢板混凝土管段沿轴向组装而成,其特征在于,在部分或者全部的所述双钢板混凝土管段的外部设置有外压力施加结构,所述外压力施加结构向所述双钢板混凝土管段施加与管内水压力方向相反的外压力,用以抵消部分管内水压力。本发明采用双钢板混凝土组合结构,具有承载力高、刚度大、稳定性能好等优势,组合管道与岩体之间填充混凝土,实现组合管道与岩体的共同受力,利用预应力撑杆预先给管道施加外压,从而抵消部分管道内部的水压力,降低管道的使用荷载效应,有效减少钢板厚度和降低钢材强度,节约材料用量,降低工程造价,具有良好的经济效益。
