The invention discloses a pile sinking guide frame system of a deepwater mooring pile, and relates to the technical field of offshore floating type wind power foundation construction equipment, the pile sinking guide frame system comprises an underwater guide frame and a suspension floating type suspension point, the underwater guide frame comprises a main body frame and suction buckets distributed at the bottoms of four corners of the main body frame, and a plurality of guide cylinders are uniformly arranged on the main body frame; and an anti-sinking plate is arranged below the main body frame. The suspension floating type lifting point comprises a hollow floating cylinder, an upper double-gun-barrel type main lifting point and a bottom four-lifting-lug type main lifting point. And the suspension floating type lifting point is connected with the main body frame through a mooring cable of the bottom four-lifting-lug type main lifting point, and is lifted above the underwater guide frame. Compared with the prior art, the device can realize accurate underwater hammering pile sinking position and vertical driving; the underwater guide frame and the ship machine are in place at a time, continuous construction of a set of mooring piles is achieved, and it is guaranteed that the pile distance is accurate.
