The invention belongs to the technical field of immersed tube tunnel construction, and relates to an immersed tube remote unmanned automatic hydraulic crimping method which comprises the following steps: S1, a first electric cabinet is arranged in an installed tube joint, and the cable input end of the first electric cabinet is led out of the installed tube joint; a first electric butterfly valve arranged on the first pipeline and a second electric butterfly valve, a pressure sensor, an electromagnetic flowmeter and a third electric butterfly valve arranged on the third pipeline are respectively connected to a first electric cabinet through cables; a second electric control box is arranged in the to-be-installed pipe joint, the cable output end of the second electric control box is led out of the to-be-installed pipe joint, and the input end is electrically connected with the installation ship control system; s2, after the to-be-installed pipe joint is immersed, connecting the two electric control boxes with a cable outside the pipe joint; s3, performing tension crimping under the control of the control system, and automatically opening and closing a third electric butterfly valve and controlling the opening degree according to the pressure of the combination cavity; and S4, automatically regulating and controlling the opening degree of the first electric butterfly valve under the control of the control system so as to complete hydraulic crimping. According to the invention, the defects of manual hydraulic crimping of the existing immersed tube are overcome, and remote automatic hydraulic crimping of the immersed tube is realized.
本发明属于沉管隧道施工技术领域,涉及一种沉管远程无人自动水力压接方法,包括:S1、已安管节内设第一电控箱,其电缆输入端引至已安管节外;第一管路上设的第一电动蝶阀和第三管路上设的第二电动蝶阀、压力传感器、电磁流量计、第三电动蝶阀分别通过电缆接入第一电控箱;待安管节内设第二电控箱,其电缆输出端引至待安管节外,输入端与安装船操控系统电连接;S2、待安管节沉放后,将两个电控箱于管节外的电缆相连;S3、在操控系统控制下进行拉力压接,其间根据结合腔压力自动开关第三电动蝶阀并控制开度;S4、在操控系统控制下自动调控第一电动蝶阀的开度以完成水力压接。本发明解决了现有沉管人工水力压接的弊端,实现了沉管远程自动水力压接。
