Super-thick wall formwork reinforcing system
The invention relates to an ultra-thick wall formwork reinforcing system which comprises a formwork body, an inner supporting system and an outer supporting system. The formwork body comprises an inner formwork, an outer formwork, a middle steel bar mesh, side steel bar meshes, horizontal supporting steel bars and opposite-pull screws. The middle reinforcing mesh is located in the middle of the inner formwork and the outer formwork, the horizontal supporting steel bars horizontally penetrate through the side reinforcing meshes on the two sides and the reinforcing mesh in the middle, opposite-pull screws are fixed to the two sides of the horizontal supporting steel bars, and the corresponding screws penetrate through the inner formwork and the outer formwork. The inner supporting system comprises a supporting frame, a horizontal shear support and top supporting seats, the supporting frame is arranged in an inner space surrounded by the inner formwork, the horizontal shear support is fixed to the supporting frame, and the top supporting seats are fixed to the two ends of the horizontal shear support; the internal structure of the super-thick wall is simplified, meanwhile, the internal formwork is supported by means of the horizontal shear supports, the supporting strength of the internal formwork is high, and internal formwork expansion is avoided.
