Ventilation and heat dissipation method for factory building
The invention relates to a plant ventilation and heat dissipation method which mainly comprises the following steps: a plant overall parameter design step: theoretically estimating and adjusting the required total air volume, the total window area, the window air outlet speed and the indoor and outdoor pressure difference; a geometric design step of an air outlet pipeline: performing preliminary design according to the basic principle of fluid mechanics, and then calculating and designing the geometric size of the pipeline according to a computer program so as to enable the maximum air speed or flow unevenness of each air outlet to reach a satisfactory low value; a workshop pipeline position configuration design step: estimating and adjusting a flow field, a temperature field and a concentration field in a workshop by using a computer program so as to adjust the horizontal installation position and height of the pipeline and the height of a window, so that the wind speed, the temperature and the concentration in the workshop reach required values; and the temperature and the pollutant concentration in the plant are reduced.
