本发明公开了一种轧制车间内高精铜带冷轧机的布置结构,包括车间内的AB跨和BC跨,在AB跨内设置有冷轧机本体,冷轧机本体的两侧分别布置有左卷取机和右卷取机,右卷取机的侧面布置有开卷机,冷轧机本体靠近B轴线的一侧为传动侧,且冷轧机本体靠近B轴线的一侧布置有冷轧机的支持辅助装置及其辅助间,辅助间包括一层辅助间和二层辅助间,冷轧机本体靠近A轴线的一侧为操作侧,其设备功能和组成结构在紧凑布置的同时充分利用轧制车间的各有效和无效空间,结合设备组成支持辅助装置的运行特点,进行多层次的结构型式设计创新,具有工艺针对性强,能够满足高精铜带在生产时对安全、稳定、高效、低成本、高质量的需求。
