Geopolymer with gradient curing function as well as preparation method and application of geopolymer
The invention relates to a gradient curing geopolymer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The geopolymer comprises the following raw materials: a geopolymer material and an activating agent, the geopolymer material is selected from at least two of a latent activity geopolymer material, a low activity geopolymer material, a medium activity geopolymer material and a high activity geopolymer material. The raw materials of the geopolymer disclosed by the invention contain geopolymer materials with different activities, and the geopolymer materials with different activities can be subjected to curing reaction in sequence when meeting the activating agent, so that the curing performance of the geopolymer can be controlled and regulated only by adjusting the types and proportions of the geopolymer materials with different activities; therefore, the geopolymer provided by the invention overcomes the harm caused by too high curing speed while exerting the performance advantages of the geopolymer material.
本发明涉及一种梯次固化的地质聚合物及其制备方法和应用。该地质聚合物的原料包括地聚物材料和激活剂;所述地聚物材料选自潜活性地聚物材料、低活性地聚物材料、中活性地聚物材料和高活性地聚物材料中的至少两种。本发明所述地质聚合物的原料中含有不同活性的地聚物材料,且不同活性的地聚物材料遇激活剂可依次发生固化反应,因此可仅通过调整不同活性的地聚物材料种类和比例,即可对该地质聚合物的固化性能进行控调控,使得本发明所述地质聚合物在发挥地质聚合物材料性能优势的同时克服其过快的固化速度带来的危害。
