The invention discloses a method for preparing a municipal environment-friendly water permeable brick from black talc mine stripping waste rock and the prepared municipal environment-friendly water permeable brick. The method comprises the following steps: performing classified crushing, shaping and screening on stripped waste rock raw materials generated in a black talc mine mining process to respectively obtain coarse aggregate with the particle size of less than 30mm and coarse machine-made sand; scrubbing and washing the rough coarse aggregate and the rough machine-made sand to remove mud, so as to obtain refined coarse aggregate and refined machine-made sand; mixing and uniformly stirring the refined coarse aggregate, the refined machine-made sand, cement and water to obtain a mixture base material; mixing the refined machine-made sand with cement, an additive and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture surface material; placing the mixture base material in a vibration forming machine, vibrating for 3-5 seconds, adding the mixture surface material, vibrating for 3-5 seconds again, and performing compression molding and demolding to obtain a semi-finished product of the water permeable brick; after the semi-finished product is piled, natural curing is carried out, and the municipal environment-friendly water permeable brick has the advantages of being high in water permeable coefficient and good in water permeable performance.
