Slag-gypsum-based cementing material and stabilized macadam three-layer continuous paving construction process thereof
The invention relates to the field of infrastructure construction, and particularly discloses a slag-gypsum-based cementing material and a stabilized macadam three-layer continuous paving construction process thereof. The slag-gypsum-based cementing material comprises 75-85 parts of slag powder, 10-20 parts of industrial byproduct gypsum, 1-5 parts of an alkaline component, 0.2-0.5 part of modified mixed fibers, 2-4 parts of a composite activator, 0.1-0.3 part of triethanolamine and 0.4-0.6 part of resin, wherein the modified mixed fibers are obtained by mixing basalt fibers subjected to chemical modification with polyethylene fibers; the laying process mainly comprises the following steps: (1) constructing the lower bearing layer; (2) mixing the raw materials; (3) paving and rolling construction; and (4) later maintenance. The composition provided by the invention can be used for pavement paving construction, has stable anti-cracking strength, and is suitable for multi-layer paving of large-volume highway stabilized macadam.
