Preparation process of thermal shock resistant silicon carbide coating
The invention discloses a preparation process of a thermal shock resistant silicon carbide coating. The thermal shock resistant silicon carbide coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of silicon powder, 25-40 parts of carbon powder, 20-30 parts of powdery silicon carbide, 20-30 parts of epoxy silane, 5-15 parts of mullite fiber powder, 60-80 parts of water, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 45-60 parts of an alumina-based homogenous material. The content of aluminum chloride in the alumina-based homogenized material is 85wt%, and the alumina-based homogenized material is prepared by firing a bauxite ore green body with 70wt% of aluminum chloride at 1500 DEG C for 5 hours; the water reducing agent is one of a sulfamate water reducing agent, a polycarboxylate water reducing agent and a powdery polycarboxylate water reducing agent; the particle size of the silicon powder ranges from 500 nm to 1000 nm.
