The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dipping a quartz fiber ceramic block in a buffer solution, and reacting to obtain ceramic loaded with polydopamine; in the buffer solution, the dosage of the dopamine hydrochloride is 1-2.5%; and S2, loading silicon-containing aryne resin on the surface of the ceramic loaded with the polydopamine. The dopamine is introduced into the interface of the quartz fiber ceramic and the silicon-containing aryne resin, so that the problem of poor adhesion of the interface of the quartz fiber ceramic and the silicon-containing aryne resin is solved, the polarity of the silicon-containing aryne resin is increased, the interface bonding strength is improved, and the dopamine-modified resin coating quartz fiber ceramic has excellent mechanical properties, moisture resistance, heat resistance, dielectric properties and the like, and can be used for preparing the silicon-containing aryne resin coating. The wave-transparent coating can be applied to the field of aerospace as a novel wave-transparent coating.
