Two-component solvent-free yellowing-resistant polyurethane permeable pavement adhesive as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a two-component solvent-free yellowing-resistant polyurethane permeable pavement adhesive and application thereof. The bi-component solvent-free yellowing-resistant polyurethane permeable pavement adhesive is composed of a component A and a component B. The component A is a hyperbranched isocyanate prepolymer, and the component B is a mixture of polyoxypropylene triol, trimethylolpropane, a filler and a catalyst. Wherein the isocyanate prepolymer is prepared from dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and hyperbranched polyether polyol through a reaction. The bi-component polyurethane permeable pavement adhesive does not contain any solvent, has excellent yellowing resistance and water resistance, does not change color after being used for a long time, has long construction period and high drying speed, and has excellent strength and appearance effect when being applied to pavement of a colorful permeable adhesive stone pavement.
本发明公开了一种双组分无溶剂耐黄变聚氨酯透水路面胶粘剂及其应用。所述的双组分无溶剂耐黄变聚氨酯透水路面胶粘剂由A、B两组分组成,其中A组分为超支化型异氰酸酯预聚物,B组分为聚氧化丙烯三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、填料及催化剂的混合物,其中异氰酸酯预聚物为二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯与超支化聚醚多元醇反应制得。该双组分聚氨酯透水路面胶粘剂不含任何溶剂且具有优异的耐黄变、耐水性,长期使用不变色,具有较长施工期,干燥速度快,应用于多彩透水胶粘石路面铺装具有极佳的强度及外观效果。
