Performing insulation treatment between the deck plate and the electrolytic bath; carrying out anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant treatment on a graphite crucible and a graphite groove; the anti-leakage protection layer is arranged between the graphite crucible and the inner steel sleeve, and the heat preservation layer is arranged between the inner steel sleeve and the outer steel sleeve, so that the service life of the electrolytic furnace is prolonged from 6 months to 26 months, and the charging cost can be reduced by 89%.
