Prefabricated pavement slab for prestressed concrete airport
The invention provides a prestressed concrete airport fabricated pavement slab which is of a prestressed reinforced concrete structure and is 4-6 m long, 2-3 m wide and 0.12-0.3 m high. Connecting pieces are embedded in the peripheral edge of the main body structure, and the connecting pieces can be connected through welding or bolting. The bottom surface of the main body structure is a horizontal rough surface; protruding patterns are arranged on the top face of the main body structure, and grooves with the width smaller than or equal to 0.01 m and the depth smaller than or equal to 0.006 m are reserved between the patterns. The airport runway has the beneficial effects that by adopting the technical scheme, the airport runway can be prefabricated and produced by a professional factory, can be quickly constructed under the condition of no stop or less stop, and can be used after acceptance inspection, and the construction period of the airport runway is shortened to be within 2 months from original 3-6 months.
本发明创造提供一种预应力混凝土机场装配式道面板,所述道面板为预应力钢筋混凝土结构,长度为4‑6米,宽度为2‑3米,高度为0.12‑0.3米;主体结构四周边缘预埋连接件,所述连接件之间可以通过焊接或栓接连接起来。所述主体结构的底面为水平粗糙面;所述主体结构顶面为突出的花纹,所述花纹间留有宽度小于等于0.01米,且深度小于等于0.006米的凹槽。本发明创造的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,可以由专业工厂预制生产,在不停航或少停航的情况下进行快速施工,完成验收后就可以使用,机场跑道的建设工期由原来的3‑6个月,缩短为2个月以内就可以完成。
